Then come in and join our Thailand team as Credit & Cash Collection Officer to process and monitor incoming payment, ensure success, and assist with the collection of outstanding payment in a fast-paced goal-oriented collection.

Your mission and responsibilities:

  • You will perform proactive account receivable (A/R) and withholding tax certificate follow-up with the customers in a timely manner.
  • You will coordinate closely with our internal stakeholders in Thailand and ASEAN to fasten the collection process.
  • You will perform allocation of received payments and follow-up on payment status with central AR team on the receivable clearing process.
  • You will manage Account Receivable (A/R) and perform related activities including reduce overdue balances, manage complaints, issue dunning letters, etc.
  • You will provide forecast input regarding collections and define collection strategies to improve aging of receivables and prevents overdue.
  • You will perform A/R reporting and participate in the regional Cash Collection calls.
  • You will assess customer risk and perform/maintain customer credit limits.
  • You will drive automation, productivity, and optimization of collection process.

Your qualifications and experiences:

  • You hold a successfully completed degree in bachelor’s in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
  • You have at least 3 years of working experiences as Credit & Cash collection officer.
  • Your professional experience in receivable management is preferred.

Your personality and skills:

  • You are meticulous, detail orientated, highly responsible with a positive work attitude.
  • You are self-driven, flexible, and thrives on challenges.
  • You are a good team player and able to work under pressure.
  • You have strong analytical skills to understand the business model, derive, and articulate recommendations from findings.
  • You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically in Excel. Experience in ERP/SAP is required.
  • You have excellent command of Thai and English both written and spoken skills. Interpersonal skills are advantageous.
