Job Summary

Responsible for initiating, executing compensation and benefits review, market benchmarking to ensure competitiveness of M1’s compensation & benefits programs. These include liaison with service providers, conducting market analysis, supporting budget process, and enhancing service offerings.

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan, initiate and review compensation & benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness
  • Liaise and work alongside with Keppel Group to participate in and implement the outcome of benefits harmonisation across entities
  • Handle sales commission, bonus, and incentives plans, including verification checks and analysis
  • Recommend employee wellness initiatives, and oversee the employee Reward & Recognition program
  • Manage third party outsourced vendors, such as medical and insurance brokers, to improve service level and enhance offerings
  • Support in HR budgetary exercise, including setting parameters, submission and monthly cost forecasting and reporting
  • Keep abreast and updated of best practices and legislative changes to ensure statutory compliance
  • Provide advisory service to stakeholders, such as BUs and employees
  • Partake in the roll-out of Group’s initiatives and projects, including process automation and any M&A initiatives

Job Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with some experience in Compensation & Benefits preferred
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Possesses business acumen, initiative, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Team player with the ability to engage with stakeholders
