Education: Clerk/Typist shall be a high school graduate or equivalent Diploma in similar discipline.
Experience: Must have completed course in typing and simple bookkeeping. Must be able to type at a speed of 40 w.p.m. in English. Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel. Must have good knowledge in spoken and written English and have at least 3 years’ experience in typing and clerical works such as preparation of requisition and invoices, inter-office correspondence, file keeping, telephone attending, time keeping, preparation of time sheets and performance of all other office related duties.
