What are we looking for?

We are looking for a qualified team leader to manage our team and provide effective guidance. You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis.

As a team leader, you will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.

Ultimately, you should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals.

> Excellent communication and leadership skills;

> Organizational and time-management skills;

> Decision-making skills;

> Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus

Required Languages :
> English: Fluent

Education :
> University degree or equivalent work experience

Professional Training & Certification :
> SAP Technology training is a plus;

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

> Providing resources needed for service delivery

> Service delivery according to SLA

> Plan, organize and contribute to team meetings

  • Making sure that every member of the team performs well and fulfils his assignments
  • Close collaboration with WP
  • Close collaboration with Tech Lead

> Handles escalations for all team members

> Recruitment and onboarding of the new employees

> Organizing and supervising the teams work schedule

> Planning of competencies development in subordinate team (yearly training plan)

  • Close collaboration with the technical lead (coaching/training/IDP/certifications)

> Objective settings and evaluating the colleagues in your team

> Internal promotion and mid year salary reviews for colleagues in the team

  • Based on PMP evaluation and competency development

> Ongoing communication with GBU partners

> Project ramp-up : in case of newly won BIDs or nearshoring demands

> Works to agreed objectives. Has full responsibility for quality of work performed, either as a manager or as a specialist.

> Uses experience to make informed decisions on selection and execution of all relevant approaches across a wide field, either in a management or advisory capacity.

> Performs work which requires the application of a significant range of fundamental principles in a wide and often unpredictable variety of contexts.

> Demonstrates leadership skills on a regular basis. Demonstrates effective communication, both orally and in writing, with subordinates, colleagues, clients and customers at all levels, both formally and informally.

> Demonstrates a good understanding of the relationship of own specialisation or area of responsibility to the employing organisation as a whole and takes customer requirements fully into account when making proposals and/or carrying out work.

> Takes initiative to ensure technical or specialized skills and specialisations are kept up to date in line with industry developments.
