We have a performance and musical arts school, We need a receptionist/sales employee for a full time job. How working hours are in the afternoon until late in the evening 2pm to 11pm with 1 hour break in between. Job description:
You will be required to receive the customers in the reception. Answer all their enquiries, guide them to their classes and show them the academy facilities. You will need to register all customers who attend the academy in the class attendance sheet in MINDBODY platform or any sheet that is supplied by the management. You will be required to manage and arrange appointments with the management for any visitors who will come to meet the management including but not limited to business and governmental personal. Arrange of purchase and delivery of any items required for the academy. Supervise the cleaners to maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the academy. Report any system issue including but not limited to water supply, electricity, sound system to the management and arrange for early resolution.
You will be require to respond to sales leads coming from but not limited to: Current customers.
Walk in customers.
Social media accounts.
You should offer all potential customers all:
Our services including but not limited to: Dance classes.
Private classes packages.
Events entries and packages.
Our goods including but not limited to:
Dance and sport clothes, Dance shoes.
Music books and note books
For the sales part, you may get commission for the sales you make as well.
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: KD250.000 – KD600.000 per month
