Main Responsibilities:

Strategic planning and Financial Monitoring

  • Along with Senior Country Manager Korea, provides advice to Local and Regional Management, and contribute to the Korea branch business strategy including Global Markets
  • Develop annual budgets, forecasts, business cases and strategic planning documentation

Business Development

  • Assist in building business cases
  • Assist launching and implementing new products, new activities and initiatives

Project management

  • Support business lines in cross organizational projects
  • drive projects; organize and enable project execution, manage ang track project progress

Control framework, Audit and Regulatory coordination

  • Contribute to a sound control framework, implement new requirements in coordination with Local branch and Head Office
  • Implement all regulatory changes or audit recommendations for Global Markets

Daily Business Support

  • Ensure Global Markets day-to-day smooth and seamless operations
  • Promote enhancement of efficiency and processes optimization
  • Support and advice Sales teams on transactional matters as needed

Stakeholder management

  • Work closely with front to back stakeholders, encompassing Middle Office, Legal, IT, Risks, Compliance, HR and Finance
  • Get all functions and locations in sync to contribute fully to the local business development

Required Skills:

  • Mandatory requirement : Over 4 years’ experience as a research analyst such as equity analyst or macroeconomist in the regulated financial companies
  • Prefer a Master or equivalent degree holder in Global market Business, Finance, or related discipline
  • Autonomous, proactive, resourceful and solution oriented
  • Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical and synthetic mind
