상세 직무 내용

Infineon Korea is looking forward to working with a passionate talent for the contractor position in Customer Logistics Management at Seoul office.

In your new role you will:

  • Order- and forecast confirmation / -processing
  • Initiation of shipments incl. handling of emergency shipments
  • Order change management / cancellation & rescheduling
  • Consignment management
  • Order tracking, early warnings and order improvements
  • Internal & external relationship building / communication
  • Support of invoicing (Credit block resolution; APAC: LoC handling)
  • Support of FAR handling
  • Operational EDI handling incl. workflows
  • RMA interface to customer and Return center
  • Customer basic data interface to Corp PL & CMD: delivery stop, delivery address, incoterms, forwarder, Sales Group RP, …
  • Data maintenance: material determination-, substitute-, exclusion list
  • Execution of allocation management acc. to allocation process
  • Lead time communication towards the customers
  • KPI self assessment

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • 3 ~ 5 years in semiconductor industry; Supply Chain experience
  • Verbal and written communication in English
  • MS Office skills (SAP would be beneficial.)
  • Excellent communication skills

Our site in Korea is located in Seoul and incorporates both Sales & Marketing as well as Central Functions.
