Key Responsibilities

of Night Manager:

  • You enjoy delivering service and you want to participate in creating memorable moments for our guests
  • Performs night audit duties as well as other administrative tasks
  • Participates in the prompt and courteous check in and check out of guests
  • Achieves departmental targets for guest satisfaction, room revenue and company initiatives and promotions by supervising the Front Office operation
  • Motivates the Front Office team and focuses on improving and increasing service delivery efficiency
  • Responsible for the safety and security of staff and guests during shifts

Requirements of NightManager:

  • Reception experience is a plus but not a requirement
  • A positive approach, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for producing high quality customer care.
  • Driven and ambitious to inspire the team to consistently deliver and exceed service standards
  • Clear thinker with excellent communication abilities
  • Responsible and reliable
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written. Danish is a plus but not a requirement.
