1. Take full responsibility of commercial marketing for CPQ business

2. Planning & Intelligence

a. Support Profit Plan to develop by account by product line plan and also track the execution and perform variance analysis.

b. Develop and own general market, segment, competitor (beyond product info) and key customer intelligence by directly interfacing with CPQ sales and other functions

3. Business/Strategy development

a. Develop annual CPQ Go To Market strategy and execution plan

b. Develop marketing message and work with Marcom for deployment

4. Product development and management

a. Monitor super runner program progress and track commercial performance associated

b. Support product manager in NPD programs to provide sales forecast by CPQ target market and customer account, and also provide competitive information and develop value proposition for new products.

c. Be responsible for commercialization of all new CPQ products to achieve project’ sales and margin commitment.

5. Price & Promotion

a. Be responsible for PP margin target and fully manage to achieve the goals by effective pricing, SPA management, rebate management and optimized product mix.

b. Monitor market and competitor price and provide inputs to product managers for pricing review and decision.

c. Able to support CPQ sales team for quotation.

d. SPA management to review all application’s rationality to help successes on project competition with best margin.

e. Design promotion plan to increase sales and defend our market position.

6. Support on inventory, delivery, etc.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Business Administration;
  • 8+ years’ experience working in China, preferably small and medium datacentre infrastructure field;
  • Rich marketing experience on industrial products, preferably UPS or IT business;
  • Deep understanding of Datacenter business, not only products, but also customer/ channel and peers;
  • Ability to influence and work across matrix organization; build strong relationships with stakeholders;
  • Strong communication skills (up and down the organization);
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Strong drive for results; willingness to take initiative;
  • Fluent in written and verbal English;
  • Strong strategic thinking capacity.
